An old traditional house at the seafront of Livadi settlement, totally rebuilt in
2019.
The house consists of two floors. The ground floor consists of the living-
room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a protected yard. At this yard is located
the stairs that leads to the first floor.
The upper floor is composed of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bath and an
exterior semi-open space facing the island’s port and the sea.
A two-floor bioclimatic stone villa 142 sqm, west-south oriented with panoramic
view at the Aegean Sea. All the interior and exterior living spaces are facing the
sea and are in absolute harmony with the natural surroundings.
The upper floor consists of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen and
the master bedroom with its own bathroom. At the exterior, there is a spacious
open air living space with pergola.
On the down floor are located 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the storage - laundry
room. There is also a front yard serving an open-air living space – lounge.
The land area is 2.555 sqm. The house features: Bioclimatic principles and design philosophy according to the traditional Cyclades
architecture.

Heat insulated and central heating – cooling system ready (VRV), consisted of one
central external unit which covers the needs of all the rooms separately, by indoor
invisible units.

Rain water collector for domestic use and drinking water supply from an
independent connection line connected to the island’s water network.
